THE DEADLINE FOR JOB
SIGNUP IS JUNE 12TH. AFTER THIS DATE ALL REMAINING JOBS WILL
BE SOLD TO OUTSIDE ORGANIZATIONS. TO AVOID PAYING A FINE,
PLEASE SIGNUP PRIOR TO THIS DATE.
The Summer Sizzler meet
will be held at the Nat on the campus of IUPUI on July 9-11. This year the meet will be
a prelims and finals meet on all 3 days. The 13 and overs will
swim prelims in the morning. The 12 and unders will swim in
the afternoon. Finals
will be held in the evening for 11 and overs. Yes, 11/12 year olds will swim
prelims in the afternoon and turn around and swim finals at
night.

website and check your remaining volunteer hours.

This will
show your required hours for the year (2nd column) and
all of the shifts you have worked this year in the 3rd
column. The difference
between the two is how many hours you will need to volunteer at
this meet.
Remember all
volunteers must be at least high school age. NO EXCEPTIONS. Some positions require workers to
be at least 21. Any
shifts not fulfilled at year end will be assessed a fee of $50 per
shift. Any shifts
signed up for and not worked will be assessed a $100 per shift
fee.
If you cannot fulfill
your shifts at this meet, you can contact one of the volunteer
coordinators for a list of high school students willing to work for
less than the $50 fine. Any arrangements to hire a high
school worker is between you and the student. The volunteer coordinators for

The hospitality signup
for Summer Sizzler will be available the beginning of June. Each family is required to
signup for 1 item regardless of whether they are working at the
meet or if their swimmer is swimming at the meet.
Keep in mind that the
hosting of meets is Southeastern Swim Club’s only
fundraiser.
