Pink Pig Award:
 
This week Daniel Harter passed his Pink Pig Award on to Eli Pache.  Daniel did a great job of detailing why he felt Eli was deserving of the award.  Daniel had many nice things to say regarding Eli's attitude and effort, both in and out of the pool.  One that really stood out was Daniel sharing that there wasn't one practice that Eli didn't support and cheer him on.  Next Monday, Eli has the opportunity to pass on the Pink Pig to a fellow Royal 2 teammate he feels is deserving of the award. 

Updates - Reminders:

Hey!  It is Swim Meet week at WTSC!  We are very excited.  We have done some really great work this fall, and it will be great to see where we are after these past couple of months.

Keep in mind that the focus of our training shifts over the course of the season; during the first part of the season, we focus on building aerobic and anaerobic capacities.  This kind of training is important for when we shift our focus to race specific training later in the season.  This meet is a great chance to check in and see where we are, with the understanding that we have plenty of room to improve from here. 

Upcoming Meets:

11/18-20: WTSC Holiday Invite.  Here is some information for the meet this weekend.  Additional updates and reminders can be found on the Events Page of Team Unify.  Any updates and reminders will be updated and communicated as they become available.  

11/22: HSE @ Noblesville.  High School Meet.  

11/29: HSE vs Avon.  High School Meet.
