JR2 News! 

Hi everyone! 

    

WOW..what a weekend! I am so proud of the kids and all their efforts in the pool this weekend. They were challenged with a tough lineup and I am so proud of how the kids stepped up to the plate, embraced challenges, and had fun! Like I told the kids this weekend, any opportunity we have to race is an opportunity to learn and get better next time and we all learned a lot this weekend! Parents, THANK YOU for all you did for your swimmers this weekend to make sure they were at the pool on time, fed, and taken care of before and after the sessions. 

 

Looking ahead at our upcoming meets, I wanted to remind you all of the Noblesville Icebreaker meet and the Mason Invitational. As stated in my email last week, any athlete who wants to attend either meet is more than welcome to. It is my recommendation that athletes swim in EITHER the Noblesville meet or the Mason Invitational, but again all swimmers are welcome! 

 

I wanted to put this on all of your radars now, but during the week of fall break, I will be absent from practice because I will be with the Senior Group on their Senior Trip. I will be leaving with the team on Sunday, October 13th, and will return on October 19th. A plan has been put in place to cover practices that week but I just wanted to make you all aware of it now.
