Good Afternoon! Welcome to week 6 of practices! What a weekend!! I saw some great performances and even better learning lessons! As we move into the next couple of weeks this group will really be pushing skill work for all 4 strokes as well as starts and turns! Coach Andrea will be back this week following her time abroad!
