Good Evening Everyone! I hope everyone had a great fall break. This week we will focus on technique in all the strokes during practices. We have picked up on endurance and our kicking is getting stronger. We are also working on seasonal goals during dryland. What it will take to achieve goals during practice, short term goals that will help achieve season goals. Also don't forget the barn dance is this Saturday from 5-8pm and don't forget to dress up in your favorite costume.

UPCOMING EVENTS:
October 26th- 5-8pm Barndance-Sleepy Bear Campground- deadline for sign-up- Oct 22nd. This year Future Royal 4 will be part of a costume parade this year. Dress in your best costume - dinner and games
November 1-3 Noblesville Ice Breaker. This meet is available to anyone not planning to go to the Mason Ohio meet
November 15-17- City of Mason Invitational Meet-Groups encouraged to participate are Furture Royal 2-4 and Junior Royal 2-4
ADDITIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Future 4 equipment: snorkel,kickboard,pull-bouy, fins,and mesh bag- put name on the items
Dryland:tennis shoes and comfortable clothes
Team Apparel: please go to Elsmore site and order your team suits. We also added team warm-ups which are great for team spirit and help keep your swimmers warm on deck. Don't forget we have a sizing kit available to try on suits at the pool.
