Royals 1-2-3 – Week 11
The boy’s High School season starts tomorrow. The Girls’ roster is now at 59 swimmers and divers. This past week was a good training week for us. We want to keep up the great work this week to prepare for the Mason meet in Ohio

MEETS
Nov 15th-17th City of Mason, OH invite. Big meet for us this weekend. Info for the meet will come out this week. Everyone needs to have a tech suit to wear. Don’t want you to wear a new one if you can help it.
The first high school meet will be November 26th at Noblesville.
ADDITIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Synergy Dryland: Another email will come out with the info the swimmers need to log into the app for dryland. We will start this week on Tuesday, using the app. There will be growing pains for sure, but we will work through them. Lots of questions about if we are going to keep lifting. Yes, we will. What we do before we lift will change as we go through the season.
High School Parent Meeting: Wednesday, November 13th, we will have our meeting in the LGI room at 6:30pm. All the information about meets, meals, and other things will be discussed. I am still learning about HSE swimming so I may not have all the answers Wednesday night but will get them answered the best I can. Parents should plan on attending.
High School Season: Boys start Nov 11th. Please log into your Final Forms on the athletic website. There are still boys that have things to complete before Monday afternoon. Emails have gone out to those who are missing things.

College Signing Day: Wednesday morning, three of our athletes will be signing their college intent letters to swim at their respective colleges. We are only swimming from 6-7am that morning so all of their teammates can attend the ceremony.
PARENTS SQUARE: Message went out this week to have the parents sign up for this new communication tool for the high school season. Some of you have said you are waiting to be accepted. Absence: Make sure the swimmers are using the absence sheets. They need to turn this in before they are absent. It helps me know who to expect at each practice and I can keep track of those who do not show up. Thanks for your help.
