Hello everyone.This week we are getting ready for the MLK meet. We will focus on starts, turns, and finishes on all strokes.I am looking forward to seeing their improvements.

Future 4 equipment: snorkel,kickboard,pull-bouy, fins,and mesh bag- put name on the items
Dryland:tennis shoes and comfortable clothes
Team Apparel: please go to Elsmore site and order your team suits. We also added team warm-ups which are great for team spirit and help keep your swimmers warm on deck. Don't forget we have a sizing kit available to try on suits at the pool.
