Future Royals 3 

Let's try that again! Fingers crossed that this week we will have normal practice Monday and Wednesday.

This weekend is our MLK Invitational. I am challenging each of them to an event or two that they may not be comfortable with, but are fully capable of swimming! I am excited for some fast swimming, lots of time drops and hopefully a lot of divisional cuts.

This week we will spend time working on starts, turns, finishes and swimming all four strokes fast.

This Thursday (6pm) is Senior Night for the Royals! If you are available, this would be a great opportunity to cheer on our high school kids as they head into championship season in February.

Please make sure that your swimmer is bringing all of their equipment to each practice, including tennis shoes for dryland and a water bottle.
