Future Royals 3 

Congratulations to Cael, Eleanor, Kylie, Lincoln, Lydia, Nash, Remley and Sadie for a fantastic meet! We had 31 time drops and swam 11 new events.

A big shout out to the following swimmers for making a divisional cut this weekend:

- Cael (200 IM)

- Sadie (100 back, 100 breast)

- Lydia (50 breast)

- Remley (100 breast)

- Kylie (100 back)

Despite all of the craziness with winter break and snow days, this group has been working hard and it showed this weekend. I am so incredibly proud of each of them for trying a new event and facing their fears.

We did have a few DQs this weekend, we will take those and learn from them and be better at the next meet!

This week we are going to spend time working on sprinting, finishing races and review the DQs from the weekend.

Please make sure that your swimmer is bringing all of their equipment to each practice, including tennis shoes for dryland and a water bottle.
