Royals 1-2-3 – Week 21
Outstanding swimming from all our swimmers this past weekend. Like how we competed in the finals each night. We are not done yet, so we need to get ready for the rest of the upcoming meets. Thanks to all you parents for working the meet.

Mon: All Royals 8-10am
Tue: 6:45-8am Royal 1 swim, Royal 2-3 dryland, 3:15-5:15pm Royal 2-3 swim
Wed: 6-7:45am Royal 2-3 swim, 6:45-7:45am Royal 1 dryland, 3:15-4:45pm Royal 1 swim.
Thu: 6:45-8am Royal 1 swim, Royal 2-3 dryland, Dual meet against Zionsville
Fri: No am workout, All Royals 3:15-5:15pm swim
Sat: Royals 2-3 6:30-9am Swim and Dryland

ADDITIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Practice this week: Keep looking at the schedule each week. We will be subtracting and adding workouts for different groups as we go.
Zionsville Dual: We have our last dual meet this Thursday at Zionsville. Please travel over and support the swimmers and divers.
Northside Invite: This meet has been moved up a week due to scheduling difficulties at all the pools. It is now the same weekend as girl’s state. The meet will be just Sat and Sun at Carmel’s new pool. Any club swimmer that has completed their competition season with the high school is eligible to swim in this meet. That means any girl who is not an alternate or swimming in girl’s state or a boy who will not be swimming in boy’s sectional or boy’s state
Weather Cancellations: Always look at the Parent Square and GroupMe apps before you travel to practice.
Nutrition Meeting: The meeting with Todd and Katie is being moved from starting at 7 to starting at 6:30pm this Wednesday, January 23rd. Here is a new link to the meeting. Disregard the one sent last week. Join Zoom Meeting

Senior Night: We had a packed house last Thursday for all the seniors. Great to see everyone stay and cheer them on.
