Future Royals 3 

I hope everyone was able to get outside this weekend and enjoy the warmer temps! We had another great week of practice fine tuning the things we have been working on all season. We will continue to work on the small things that add up to make a big difference in their swims like kicking off the walls, no breath on the first stroke, two hand touches, fast turns, kicking into the wall and the drills that help their stroke technique better.

I hope that you are able to see a huge difference between how they are swimming now and where they were in September. I am so proud of them! They have been working hard, pushing through challenges both in and out of the water and learning to really think about what they are doing in the water. I can't wait to see what they have left in them over this last month or so!

Please make sure that your swimmer is bringing all of their equipment to each practice, including tennis shoes for dryland and a water bottle.

High School Sectionals - Our Lady Royals will swim at Fishers High School Thursday at 6pm and Saturday at 1pm. They would love to have your support!
