Future Royals 3 

We had a great week of practice last week. I hope everyone who was out sick is feeling better now!

This week will focus on being prepared for the meet! I am really looking forward to some fast swimming.

Please make sure that your swimmer is bringing all of their equipment to each practice, including tennis shoes for dryland and a water bottle.
