JR2 News! 

Hi everyone! 

    

    Happy Sunday! Great efforts in the pool this weekend. We have one more meet this short course season before we head into the short course championship season, WAHOO! The deadline to sign up for the meet is February 24th. We are really going to be cracking down on skills such as turns, starts, and technique heading into championship meet season so we can be sure we are sharp and ready to go! 

    This week our schedule is a little different due to HSE hosting boys sectionals on Thursday and Saturday. That being said, there will be NO PRACTICE on Thursday and Saturday due to the swim meets. Even though the kids do not have school on Monday or Tuesday this week, we are going to keep practice times the same to keep kids (and you all) in your normal routine. Tomorrow we are going to do a stretch out swim and focus on starts and turns for those that will be in attendance.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ATHLETE BRINGS A WATER BOTTLE TO PRACTICE AND WEARS SNEAKERS WHEN WE HAVE DRYLAND!!

  • Championship Splash (March 2). Registration deadline is February 24.
