Future Royals 3 

WOW!!! What a fantastic weekend of swimming. We had 35 best times and five new swims! A big shout out to Eleanor who dropped 25 seconds in her 100 free! Congratulations to everyone on a great meet.

A big shout out to the following swimmers on getting a divisional cut this weekend:

Abi - 100 Back

Lincoln - 50 Free, 100 Free

Lydia - 100 Breast

Nash - 100 Back

Remley - 50 Breast

This group of kids continues to amaze me. They show up to practice, listen to the feedback I am giving them, working hard and pushing past their comfort zone.

We will be back to work tomorrow as we push to the Championship Splash and Divisionals. Our focus will be on cleaning up our turns, focusing on great technique while swimming fast and racing from start to finish of a race.

Please make sure that your swimmer is bringing all of their equipment to each practice, including tennis shoes for dryland and a water bottle.
