JR2 News! 

Hi everyone! 

    

    Happy Sunday and WOW, WHAT A MORNING!! The kids continue to impress me each time they race and I am so proud to be their coach. This week we will have a normal week of training with the exception of Friday and Saturday due to Divisionals. We will be backing off intensity a bit this week to focus on our starts, turns, and technique of the strokes to clean things up before the meet this weekend. On Thursday after practice we will be doing a pasta dinner to celebrate our championship swimmers. HUGE THANK YOU to Liza Brunner for putting this all together. 

We are almost at the end of the tunnel, thank you all for your support this season and trusting me to guide your kiddos, it has truly been such a blast and I have had so much fun getting to know and work with the kids. Thanks for raising fantastic humans.
