Future Royal 4- Week 1
Hello everyone. Welcome to the 2025 long course season. I am ready to see everyone on Monday April 14th. You need the following equipment: fins, kickboard, pull bouy, and snorkel. Please put them in a mesh bag and the swimmers can leave it in a group area at the pool. Our first 15 minutes will be dryland so make sure you wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. A water bottle would be nice to have during practice also.
