Future Royal 4- Week 9

Hello everyone. Please note that there is a change in practice times this week.Monday thru Wednesday is earlier at 4:00-6:00pm, and then we switch to mornings on Thursday -9:00am-11:00am.This weekend is the summer invitational meet and we will be working on starts, turns, and finishes to help get ready to swim fast this coming weekend.
