Future Royal 4- Week 10

Hello everyone. Please note that there is a change in practice times for Monday morning. 9:30-11:00am and swimmers will be doing dryland and recovery swims.  Great effort this weekend at the meet in Indy. I am proud of the swimmers for accepting some challenges and the growth that was made.
