JR2 News!

Hi everyone!

Happy Sunday! I hope you all managed to stay cool this weekend out at Forest Park. The kids had such a great weekend and I couldn’t be more proud of them. I loved seeing all the green on meet mobile and hearing all the positive things Coach Campbell had to share with me about the kids' performances and attitudes on deck.

This week is my dad’s first week on deck at HSE as the Head Coach. Hopefully you all will get a chance to meet him at some point in the coming days. Please pay close attention to our practice schedule this week as it is far from normal. On Tuesday HSE is shutting off the water school wide so we are not allowed to have practice. Friday is the 4th of July and we will not be swimming that day. Our workout on Saturday July 5th will be from 12-2pm. Please reach out to me if you have any questions about any of this!

Looking ahead I will be out from July 8th-15th. Coach Aaron will be covering workouts for me during that time. I will be writing workouts for him each day and we will be talking every day after the workouts to see how the kids did. This summer has been abnormally busy for me with graduations, weddings, family moving, etc. This will be the last time I will be out for the remainder of the season.
