JR2 News! 

Hi everyone!

    Happy Sunday! I hope that everyone has had a great week. I will keep this week's newsletter short and sweet but first I wanted to shout out Tanner Tisch for getting his first individual state cut in the 50FR on Friday night! 

Today the kids have the Under Lights Meet at Forest Park. I sent out the ITD and warmup details in the groupme but will put them in here as well. ITD for the meet tonight is 6:45pm. Warmups will begin at 7:30pm for the Junior Royals groups. If you have any questions about any of this please do not hesitate to reach out and let me know. Let’s try and get some more state cuts today!!! 

The practice schedule this week will be fairly normal with the exception of Monday. I am giving the kids (and you all) the day off of swimming on Monday after the long weekend of racing and practicing. Coach Aaron will be covering the workout for me on Tuesday morning while I fly back to Indianapolis, and then I will be back on deck Wednesday for practice. In the meantime, if you need anything don’t hesitate to reach out! 

Please note that I have added Long Course Divisionals and Age Group State registration signup down in the “meets” section of the newsletter. Please get your athletes signed up for the appropriate championship meet by the given deadline. Thank you!
